A short note on what we keep when you write us.
When you use live chat, the Your Next Project conversation, the project questionnaire, or the interest form, we keep what you send: your name, phone, email, answers, messages, and any call time you request. We use it to follow up on the work you asked about, and we email you a confirmation.
With each inquiry we also note how you found the site, such as the ad, search, or website that sent you and the page you first landed on. This tells us which advertising is working. It is kept with your inquiry and nowhere else.
When you call us, our phone assistant (an AI voice agent) may answer. Calls are recorded and transcribed so the team can follow up, and we tell you that at the start of the call.
If you agree to texts, we text you only about the request you made. Your mobile number and text-messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. See our SMS Terms.
We email you about your request. We only send occasional project ideas and news if you check the box asking for them, and every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link.
We use service providers to run this: website hosting, a database, email and text delivery, team chat notifications, and the phone assistant. They handle your details only to provide those services to us.
We do not sell your name, phone, or email. Inquiries are stored so the team can call or write you back. You can ask us to delete a record by emailing info@sasbuilds.com.
