About
We take on a small number of custom homes and renovations to maintain a high level of involvement throughout the project.
Craftsmanship, Carried Forward.
Rooted in a family tradition of construction, we carry generations of craftsmanship, strong values, pride, and attention to detail into a refined approach to custom homes and renovations throughout Greater Los Angeles.
‘SAS’ takes a hands-on approach from early planning through completion, bringing together clear communication, thoughtful coordination, skilled trades, and careful execution to keep each project moving with purpose.
For us, craftsmanship extends beyond what you can see. It is reflected in how a project is managed, how every detail comes together, and in the pride we take in handing over a finished home that represents our standards as much as it represents theirs.
“Every project carries our name, and I take that personally. My focus is on making sure the work is organized, the communication is clear, and the finished result reflects the standard we set for ourselves.
Just as important, I want our clients to feel heard throughout the process. We take the time to understand what matters to them, respond thoughtfully when concerns come up, and do everything we reasonably can to make sure they feel confident in both the experience and the finished home.”
